Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Research Assistant to support our clinical research team. This is an entry-level role, and no prior research experience is required, we will train you!  You’ll help with both administrative and basic clinical tasks while working closely with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Organizes and maintains study documentation.
• Performs data entry and auditing for accuracy.
• Supports basic clinical tasks including vital signs, lab processing, phlebotomy, etc.
• Assists with investigational product and supplies.
• Communicates effectively with team members and study participants.
• Schedules participant visits and assists with enrollment or follow-up tasks as needed.
• Follows study guidelines to ensure quality and confidentiality.
• May perform other job-related duties as requested or required. 

Skills/Abilities:  

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in basic office software applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Education/Experience: 

• High school diploma required. 
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or similar discipline preferred.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification or experience preferred.
• Prior healthcare or clinical research experience is a plus.
