We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, off-site construction projects through the construction life cycle.

Role Responsibilities:

• Enhance and manage comprehensive project plans, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and production to deliver seamless project execution.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Analyze project metrics and provide regular, insightful reporting to executive leadership.
• Additional roles and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite.
• Solid communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts for novice audiences.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
