We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple countries and a variety of business groups, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our business growth by hiring exceptional people.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Handle hiring for both volume and professional positions across multiple countries, working across verticals, skillsets, and geographies to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Independently manage relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners, advising them on effective recruiting strategies for moderately complex professional roles.
  • Demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities, proactively seeking diverse candidate slates and developing talent pipelines for specialized or hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Lead discussions with hiring managers to define job requirements, establish qualifications, and drive effective selection processes.
  • Utilize market knowledge to influence hiring decisions, understand competitive landscapes, and recommend appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across all supported countries.
  • Support and mentor less experienced Talent Acquisition team members as needed.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance sourcing effectiveness, business alignment, or process improvement within Talent Acquisition.


Skills:

  • Excellent process orientation with strong ability to manage regional hiring activity independently.
  • Exceptional interviewing capabilities with a strong understanding of professional‑level assessment requirements.
  • Superior industry and market knowledge, enabling insights into talent trends across countries.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and influence at a senior‑leader level.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across geographies and collaborate effectively across business groups.
  • Demonstrated capability to train and mentor new TA members and share best practices.


Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires 5-8 years of related recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience managing hiring across multiple countries or regions.
  • Proven ability to independently deliver results for professional roles of moderate complexity
