Software Testing and Test Automation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing and Test Automation to drive quality engineering initiatives across functional, automation, and performance testing domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable test automation frameworks, designing performance testing strategies, and ensuring applications meet quality, reliability, scalability, and availability requirements. 

This role requires strong technical expertise in test automation, performance engineering, CI/CD integration, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Define testing strategies, objectives, and success criteria. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for web, API, Performance, and backend applications. 
  • Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites. 
  • Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria. 
  • Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts through automation. 
  • Review and enhance existing automation processes and frameworks. 
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution. 
  • Design and execute load, stress, spike, endurance, scalability, and capacity tests. 
  • Identify application bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers. 
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations. 
  • Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and operations teams to improve system performance. 
  • Validate system scalability and reliability under expected and peak workloads. 
  • Establish performance baselines and monitor trends across releases. 
  • Support production readiness reviews and performance tuning initiatives. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing. 
  • Strong experience designing automation frameworks and performance testing solutions. 
  • Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. 
  • Experience working with cloud-native and microservices-based applications.

  • Selenium WebDriver 
  • TestNG / JUnit 
  • Java (Preferred) ,C# ,JavaScript  
  • Apache JMeter, LoadRunner 
  • Jenkins 
  • GitHub Actions 
  • GitLab CI/CD 
  • Linux/Virtualization/Networking 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of monolith, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices. 
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts. 
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered testing and quality engineering tools. 

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Ability to influence engineering teams with data-driven recommendations. 
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.
