We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our business growth by hiring exceptional people.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective selection processes.
  • Prepare offers in line with guidelines, negotiate terms, and finalize start dates.
  • Maintain a high-quality experience for candidates throughout the process.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain networks to support future hiring needs.
  • Assist with project-based hiring initiatives and diversity recruitment strategies.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience.
