You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop impactful materials, manage timelines and projects, support pricing initiatives, and ensure internal and external stakeholders are enabled with the right tools and messaging.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional product launches and updates by driving timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Assist product marketing managers in the development of high-impact assets including presentations, sales playbooks, pitch decks, product sheets, and competitive tools.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging initiatives through market research, analysis, and operational support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to track market trends, competitive positioning, and industry shifts.
  • Coordinate analyst relations activities, including organizing internal executive participation for analyst briefings, supporting content development, and managing reporting and follow-up.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing assets—from creation and design to delivery, updates, and distribution.
  • Organize and maintain RSA’s asset libraries across internal platforms such as the sales portal and OneDrive chatbot repository.
  • Work effectively with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. This role requires schedule flexibility to align with a North America-based leadership team.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technologies clearly and effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to support competitive intelligence and market analysis.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events or trade shows.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, B2B tech, or SaaS environments.
