We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Sales Manager DACH to lead, develop, and scale our sales organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for defining sales strategy, managing and developing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate company goals into effective sales initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s and Regional’s overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements to optimize results
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with senior management to support overall company strategy
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Oversee contract negotiations and high-level client engagements
  • Ensure alignment between sales and extended Team’s within the company

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations in a multinational setup
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and developing high-performing teams across the entire HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sales planning, market expansion, and business development, scaling sales organizations or entering new markets
  • Strong expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Experience managing large accounts, strategic partnerships, and complex negotiations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to translate business strategy into operational sales initiatives
