Plans, directs, and coordinates the organizational/technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contracts specifications. Builds in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities, challenges and initiatives and become a trusted advisor. Identifies potential sales opportunities and help coordinate efforts with sales and Global Services SMEs to pursue opportunities. Maintains awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations. Develops strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations.
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Identifies opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience and relationships.
  • Provides technical and consultative leadership for IAM solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements.
  • Clear, in-depth understanding of IAM domain. Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database (preferably Oracle), LDAP,AD,Java, Linux, Web application servers, Cloud infrastructure and Web-techologies. .
  • Working knowledge of RSA G&L(formerly Aveksa) product and its internals at customer sites
  • Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures. Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly. Completes end-of-project reports while adhering to planning and SOW requirements.
  • Understands that travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirements.

Desirable Requirements: 

  • Development experience (Java, Shell scripting) is desirable.

Education & Experience:

  • BCA,BE/Btech in Computer Science OR Information Technology.
  • 5+years of experience working on small scale consulting and implementation/installation using some of the leading security products with 3 years on G&L Product.
  • Industry certification like CISSP and/or CISM is a plus
