Job Overview
We're seeking an Affiliate Manager passionate about building and optimizing affiliate marketing programs. This role involves strategizing to grow our affiliate network, managing relationships, analyzing performance data to drive strategy adjustments, and collaborating across teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies.

  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates, negotiating partnership terms to benefit both parties.

  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to increase program effectiveness.

  • Maintain direct communication with affiliates, providing marketing support and incentives to foster long-term, productive relationships.

  • Collaborate with client  teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and strategic alignment.

  • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitive landscape to keep our program and offerings ahead of the curve.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in affiliate marketing with a track record of managing successful affiliate programs.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, AvantLink, CJ, Partnerize, Affluent as well as SEO tools such as AHrefs, SEMRush, SimilarWeb or the like.

  • On-going relationships or familiarity with a wide variety of affiliates across categories from coupon,  loyalty, review sites, mass media publications, closed groups, and more.

  • Deep understanding of Excel/ Google Sheets with the ability to utilize data to spot trends and action on them over time.
