Position Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Buyer with proven expertise in direct-response growth marketing. This fully remote role will have you executing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and more. You’ll obsess over the data—identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in forecasting, pacing, and data analysis to drive performance at scale and a genuine hunger to succeed and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Your focus will be driving direct response, maximizing ROI, and meeting performance targets.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Obsess over data—monitor campaign performance daily, identifying anomalies, pacing issues, and trends that will inform optimization and scaling decisions.
- Pacing & Forecasting: Utilize historical data and analytics tools to forecast campaign performance and manage pacing, ensuring effective budget allocation and achieving goals.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to ensure ad content is optimized for performance across all platforms, adhering to the latest creative best practices.
- Budget Management & Reporting: Oversee campaign budgets, providing stakeholders with detailed financial reports and actionable insights.
- Regular Communication: Prepare and deliver insights on campaign performance using Google Slides and other visualization tools, keeping clients and internal teams informed.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, utilizing new tools and techniques to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Technical Capabilities: Proficient in implementing Meta Conversion APIs, configuring Tags/Pixels within Google Tag Manager, and setting up Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while mentoring junior team members.
What You Bring
- Paid Media Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, with proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets of $50k USD/Month minimum.
- Experience with other paid channels like TikTok, Bing, and Amazon is a plus.
- Data Analysis Mastery:
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Triple Whale, NorthBeam, and Looker Studio (or similar tools) for analyzing and visualizing performance data.
- Ability to identify anomalies in data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
- Pacing & Forecasting Expertise:
- Strong ability to forecast and manage campaign pacing, ensuring that budgets are optimized and performance is on track.
- Financial Acumen:
- Proficiency in understanding and managing financial metrics, conversion rates, and other KPIs to drive performance.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Ability to work closely with the creative team to optimize ad content and ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Communication & Reporting:

Qualifications

- Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
