Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in both print and digital design to join our creative team. In this role, you will contribute to the visual identity of two distinct brands, Rugs USA and Annie Selke, by creating cohesive, high-quality assets for omni-channel campaigns. If you’re passionate about design, have a strong understanding of industry trends, and excel at problem-solving, this role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents. This role will be remote with occasional travel required to the Cranbury, NJ photo studio for shoots. Candidates located nearby will be prioritized.
Essential Job Functions
Creative Asset Development:
- Design and produce site assets, email marketing materials, organic social content, and presentation designs.
- Work on business-as-usual creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across both Rugs USA and Annie Selke.
- Create print and digital assets for DTC campaigns, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all touchpoints.
Collaboration & Brand Cohesion:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop assets that align with omni-channel campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, integrating feedback and staying true to brand guidelines.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver high-quality designs.
- Leverage Figma and Shopify to design digital platforms.
- Apply advanced skills in AI tools (e.g., Content Aware) for enhanced efficiency and innovation.
- Contribute to video editing and animation projects to support marketing and storytelling initiatives.
Industry Insight & Trend Awareness:
- Stay informed about design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure innovative, cutting-edge deliverables.
- Provide creative input to elevate the visual impact of assets across campaigns.
Problem-Solving & Project Management:
- Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
You Have
- 8–10 years of experience in graphic design for both print and digital mediums.
- Strong skillset in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Shopify is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of AI tools and techniques to optimize design workflows.
- Experience in creating assets for omni-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand representation.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Understanding of industry trends with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and design practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and a collaborative mindset.

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 125,000 USD per year (New Jersey)
