About the role


The Account Specialist role at Rx Redefined is all about supporting providers so patients get the right supplies, at the right time, without the usual frustrations of healthcare. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, administrators, and staff to simplify processes, train teams, and keep everything running smoothly.


We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about removing barriers in care. You’ll play a key role in making sure our platform delivers on its promise: better access, better outcomes, and a better experience for patients and providers alike. Remote with travel as needed(up to 50%).


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding providers and staff through onboarding and ongoing use of Rx Redefined.
  • Lead physician, staff, and stakeholder engagement from pre-launch through the customer lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption and strong relationships.
  • Travel as needed (up to 50%+ at peak times) to customer sites to provide training, resolve challenges, and support account success.
  • Address escalations with urgency and care, always prioritizing a positive experience for both providers and patients.
  • Monitor account performance and adoption trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies that strengthen account health and long-term success.
  • Act as a subject matter resource on Rx Redefined’s platform, care model, and regulatory considerations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and support customer needs.


Who You Are

  • You’re organized, dependable, and thrive on details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • You know how to build trust and communicate clearly with physicians, staff, and teammates alike.
  • You’re resourceful - quick to learn, quick to adapt, and not afraid to figure things out.
  • Tech doesn’t scare you - you’re comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and CRMs like HubSpot.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in account management, provider support, or healthcare operations.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare or healthtech.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Mix of desk work, virtual support, and travel to provider sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Remote)
