Supply Chain and Finance Manager

About RX Solutions GPO

Rx Solutions provides products, services, and strategic supplier relationships to 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities nationwide. Our product portfolio includes syringes, syringe kits, vials, capsules, alcohol pads, and other products used by compounding pharmacies. We work with domestic and international manufacturers, including suppliers in China and South Korea.

About the role

  • You will own our supply chain and billing functions end to end and grow into broader finance leadership as the company scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who keeps their own systems of record, answers status questions from their own trackers, and communicates before being asked. You will work directly with ownership and have real authority over purchasing, supply chain, invoicing, and inventory.

What you'll do

  • Full procurement cycle for production materials (syringes, alcohol pads, bags, cards, packaging): purchase orders, vendor management, order confirmation, and tracking to delivery. Zero production stoppages from material availability is the standard.
  • Inventory management: reorder points, safety stock, lead time management, inventory movement, and cycle counts.
  • Customer billing and accounts receivable: accurate and timely invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and AR aging management.
  • Accounts payable support: vendor bill processing and payment scheduling.
  • Weekly reporting: a standing Monday supply chain and billing status report to ownership (open POs, expected deliveries, inventory risks, AR position) without being prompted.
  • Production payroll support: accurate calculation of production bonuses from verified output data.

Growth Path

  • This role is designed to grow into finance leadership. As you demonstrate ownership of billing and supply chain, scope expands into month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management, with a path toward a Controller to CFO level position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, and building trackers from scratch. This is tested live in the interview.
  • Working command of supply chain fundamentals: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, and inventory movement. Also assessed in the interview.
  • A documented owner's mindset: you track your own workstreams and can answer any status question about your function on the spot.
  • Proactive written communication. Stakeholders should never have to chase you for status.

Nice to Have

  • QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting/ERP experience.
  • Experience in warehousing, industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field.
