Role Overview 

S44 Energy seeks a motivated Marketing & Sales Ops Intern SaaS to join our agile, virtual team. In this fully remote role, you'll contribute directly to the exciting launch and growth of our groundbreaking OaaS (Open-as-a-Service) solution designed to transform the EV charging industry. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a startup environment, collaborating closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams. This role is ideal for a candidate who is tech forward and has aspirations to advance their career in sales or marketing - with strong content creation, sales operations and social media experience. Candidates with a background in marketing and Business Development related to SaaS software are encouraged to apply. Please Note: this is open to non-sponsorship applicants in EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities 

MARKETING:


Social Media & Community Engagement


  • Create and publish engaging social media content (especially LinkedIn), including posts, graphics, and short videos.
  • Drive active engagement and growth within our existing Discord and GitHub communities by showcasing innovative use cases and highlighting community contributions.
  • Amplify thought-leadership content across social channels, strategically tagging influencers and promoting community interactions.


Content Creation & Management

  • Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories from our community and client base.
  • Support preparation and distribution of educational content such as webinars, FAQs, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Curate and repurpose existing materials into fresh content aligned with core messaging and market positioning.

PR & Communications Support


  • Collaborate on PR campaign execution, including drafting press releases, media outreach, and LinkedIn announcements.
  • Develop visual and written assets to ensure consistent messaging and branding in PR activities.


SALES:


Sales & Marketing Administration

  • Assist with CRM data entry, contact segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Coordinate scheduling of demos, webinars, and sales meetings using Calendly.
  • Provide support by compiling marketing and sales performance metrics using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, CSV files, and data import/export tooling.

Sales Operations & Sales:


  • Assist in Ideal Customer Profile identification and lead list building.
  • Organize and scrape data for input to sales tooling.
  • Engage and assist in cold calls, email drip campaigns, and other outbound sales tactics.
  • Optimize sales tech tooling to achieve results booking SaaS demos, client prequalification, and tech enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep experience and proficiency in content creation for social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and others.
  • Comfortable learning and using digital marketing tools (CRM systems, Calendly, Google Analytics, Apollo, HubSpot).
  • ·Interest in sustainability, technology innovation, electrification, or the EV industry.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage and prioritize tasks.

The salary range for this position is $20- $25 per hour based on level of experience and informed by the Company’s Career Framework.
