Job Overview:
Are you energetic, ambitious, and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town HR department is looking to add an open-minded, eager and passionate HR graduate to their team as an HR Intern as part of a one-year HR internship.
You will be exposed to a broad range of HR actives and general office management. You will join a supportive and energetic HR team who aspires to create a harmonious and joyous, yet challenging work environment and have fun doing it.

Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- To have a good understanding and knowledge of our company policies
- Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include:
- Administration and coordination of all staff files
- Updating the company’s internal platform with employee details
- Assisting with recruitment, which will include:
- Posting internal and external job adverts
- Screening CVs and compiling candidate shortlists
- Coordinating recruitment tests
- Reference and MIE background checks
- Drafting of offer letters
- Onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
- Co-ordinating social events, social corporate responsibility events and year-end functions
- Office management and maintenance
- Dealing with external couriers
- Liaising with all suppliers
