We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Trainer to lead the commercial training strategy and delivery for our Minimally Residual Disease (MRD) diagnostics portfolio. As we scale our commercial-stage operations, you will be responsible for equipping our field sales team with the clinical knowledge, competitive intelligence, and best-practice selling skills required to navigate the complex oncology landscape.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory and a proven track record in Instructional Design, ensuring all training programs are clinically rigorous, impactful, and fully compliant with industry regulations.
