What You’ll Do


Team Management & Development

Partner with the GM and Ops to manage and develop the frontline floor team, ensuring smooth daily operations from open to close.

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, shift coverage, and day-to-day task execution
  • Manage team scheduling, timecard accuracy, and compliance with labor laws

Sales & Marketing Support

Support the GM in partnering with the marketing team to hit objectives, KPIs, and elevate the overall guest experience.

  • Create monthly sales challenges to motivate and engage the team
  • Develop realistic individual sales goals for each team member and monitor progress throughout the month

Inventory & Store Standards

Keep the floor and back-of-house running beautifully — organized, well-stocked, and always presentation-ready.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and ensure proper storage and usage
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and consistently meets company standards for presentation and safety

Client Experience & Service

Champion a high standard of guest service and help build the kind of loyalty that keeps clients coming back.

  • Ensure every client interaction reflects Sage + Sound's commitment to exceptional service
  • Address customer feedback thoughtfully and contribute to a culture of warmth and genuine connection

Policies & Compliance

Uphold company standards across the board — from SOPs and safety regulations to the day-to-day norms that keep operations running smoothly.

  • Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations
  • Model and reinforce a culture of accountability and consistency on the floor

Qualifications


  • 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role in wellness, hospitality, or retail
  • Comfortable with scheduling, timecard management, and developing frontline team members
  • Able to set, track, and motivate a team around individual and collective sales goals
  • Genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building loyalty
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing inventory, store standards, and compliance
  • A team player who works well alongside a GM and cross-functional partners like marketing and ops

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Greenwich, CT)
