About the role
- SalesAi is seeking an experienced and strategic Events & Partnerships Manager to lead both external and internal event initiatives that elevate our brand, strengthen partner relationships, and increase our industry visibility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that enhance SalesAi’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and internal company events. You'll also work closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to secure speaking engagements and drive thought leadership visibility across key channels.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event and partnership strategy aligned with SalesAi’s marketing and brand objectives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with event organizers, associations, and influencers that amplify SalesAi’s presence and reach.
- Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements to maximize visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to secure speaking opportunities, panel participation, and media appearances for executives and subject matter experts.
- Plan and manage SalesAi internal events, including team summits, customer sessions, and hosted executive roundtables, ensuring alignment with company culture and brand.
- Create compelling event experiences across both internal and external activations—from booth design to keynote messaging—to ensure high engagement and brand recall.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective execution while achieving strategic outcomes.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics, capturing insights to improve future event and partnership strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for event-driven brand growth.
Qualifications
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in event marketing, partnerships, or sponsorship management within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Demonstrated success managing high-impact event partnerships and internal events.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership on speaking engagements and PR visibility efforts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM and event/project management tools
- Willingness to travel for key events and conferences as needed.
