About the role

• An Engineer will play a key role in building the core features of our platform—from data pipelines and AI integrations to sleek, scalable frontend components. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership and the chance to influence key technical decisions as we scale.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable software for our web-based SaaS platform
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-focused features
• Work across the stack (frontend, backend, and integrations), depending on your strengths
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous deployment
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical strategy
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Java
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git)
• Experience working in cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales technology, CRM, or sales enablement tools.
• Familiarity with AI Large Language Models and integration practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products successfully.
