About the role
- We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is excited about owning multi-channel growth initiatives end-to-end. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the VP of Marketing to generate pipeline and accelerate top-of-funnel activities. You must be a problem solver, and a doer — with a passion for organic growth and content-driven demand generation.
What you'll do
- Take a full-funnel approach to marketing, closely monitoring the programs and activities that generate not only leads, but revenue.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to build and execute go-to-market launch strategies for new features, products, and strategic initiatives.
- Initiate campaign activities to enhance results across key channels, including web, paid (search, social, display), email, events, webinars, and affiliate programs.
- Develop ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, working closely with Sales leaders to identify priority prospects and create personalized marketing initiatives that drive engagement
- Partner with the Revenue Operations lead to implement campaign attribution to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across channels
- Collaborate to optimize the SalesAi website to increase conversion rates and improve user experiences for lead capture
- Be accountable for campaign performance, lead gen metrics, pipeline contributions, and ROI, using insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and strategies
- Identify new, strategic tools to add to SalesAi’s marketing technology stack
- Develop new campaign activities and improve lead-to-pipeline conversion rates
- Enhance SalesAi’s brand recognition, visibility, and reach in both new and existing marketing channels
Team Management
- Manage 2–3 internal marketers across product marketing, demand generation, and creative.
- Oversee contractor relationships to deliver on growth objectives.
- Ensure alignment, execution, and accountability across all team members and initiatives.
Qualifications
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, in SaaS or a startup environment.
- Deep experience managing paid strategies across Meta and Google (creative testing required).
- Strong understanding of SEO, email, and organic social as levers for growth.
- Experience owning multi-touch content strategies that directly support pipeline growth.
- Experience with HubSpot - must have
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in JIRA and have a deep understanding of Ai tools for marketing efficiency.
