About the role
- SalesAi is transforming how businesses connect with prospects and customers through powerful AI-driven automation. We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is not only customer-obsessed, but also experienced with third-party integration tools like Zapier and has a strong understanding of AI tools, prompt engineering, and how to apply AI in daily workflows. You will be the frontline of our customer experience, helping users navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, integrate tools, and get the most value from AI.
What you'll do
- Customer Support & Engagement
- Deliver outstanding support via email, chat, and video.
- Guide customers through platform features and onboarding.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and clarity.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Integration Support
- Investigate problems, identify solutions, and provide clear steps to resolution.
- Support and educate users on automating workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar third-party platforms.
- Work with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Product & AI Enablement
- Gain deep knowledge of the SalesAi platform and AI feature set.
- Assist users in prompt engineering and using AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Help customers apply AI to their workflows and tasks for better efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Log all customer interactions and insights in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Identify and report patterns in customer issues to improve future support and product direction.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback
- Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing feedback to product teams.
- Contribute to help center articles, tutorials, and support content.
Qualifications
- Experience with integration/automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, Tray.io, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), prompt writing, and daily use of AI for efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Independent, fast learner, and proactive contributor to a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities as well as work needed by you as an employee to fulfill our company’s objectives.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools similar to HubSpot
