Key Responsibilities
Ai Strategy and implementation:
- Identify internal use cases and opportunities for Ai
- Lead discovery, selection, and deployment of Ai Systems
- Develop Long term Strategy, architecture, integration plans, and roadmap for Ai initiatives that align with SalesAi’s mission and goals
- Ensure all Ai implementations and innovations directly support SalesAi’s mission to empower users to prioritize impactful tasks and deliver measured business value
Market Research, Innovation, and Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing research on emerging Ai technologies and trends
- Analyze potential applications for internal operations
- Analyze Ai advancements for SalesAi product enhancements
- Collaborate with customer success and product teams to identify customer pain points that AI can address, ensuring user-focused innovation.
System for Innovation Development:
- Design and implement a framework for identifying, prioritizing, and executing Ai-Driven Innovations
- Empower teams with Tools, resources, and processes to independently explore and prototype Ai applications
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration by Integrating innovation opportunities that are scaled across the organization
- Establish metrics to track and evaluate the success of innovation initiatives and iterate based on feedback
Adoption, Advocacy, Enablement, and Continuous Improvement:
- Drive adoption of Ai systems across teams through training and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and measurable outcomes
- Establish feedback loops to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and refine strategies.
Leadership in AI Trends:
- Develop and share regular reports or presentations on emerging AI trends to inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Position SalesAi as a leader in leveraging cutting-edge AI both internally and externally.
Ethics, Risk, and Scalability:
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, promote transparency, and mitigate biases.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployments, including technical challenges and compliance concerns.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to scale AI solutions as the company grows.
Collaboration & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Partner closely with the CTO and product teams to align AI strategies with the company’s technical and product roadmaps.
- Leverage data and analytics to prioritize AI opportunities, measure ROI, and track the success of implemented solutions.
Primary Objectives of role:
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization leading to greater outcomes and impact by replacing current processes with Ai
- Drive new revenue and growth opportunities with Ai
- Reduce Costs
- Identify Market Trends and new technology developments for internal application as well as application to our technology
- Build and maintain the internal Ai implementation roadmap and backlog
- Drive Adoption of Ai internal
- Systemize and organize material for the entire org to continue to learn and develop their knowledge of new technologies
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-lern or similar libraries
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data engineering tools
- Understanding of system design, microservices, APIs, and integrations of AI solutions into existing infrastructure
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business challenging into technical solutions
- Communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Project management and leadership abilities to oversee AI solution deployment
