Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Northeast USA. The BDR plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, driving new business opportunities to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do
- Implement strategic outreach to potential clients, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, with a focus on creating highly qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients at their offices or on their job sites to build deeper connections throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with smaller accounts, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
- Partner with the Account Executive in your region to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign results and market feedback.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within a SaaS environment.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and sales tactics.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
On-Target Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000 USD Annually (base + commission)
