Role Overview

The Account Executive for Southeast USA is responsible for leading sales initiatives and expanding the customer base in the region. This role, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, involves strategic sales execution, pipeline development, and collaboration with BDRs to ensure successful market penetration and sales growth.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on Mid-Market construction accounts across Eastern Canada 

  • Manage opportunities that are a combination of self-sourced (hunted), BDR, Marketing, and Partner generated deals

  • Qualify and develop leads from all sources above to create revenue opportunities, coordinate client meetings and online demonstrations of SALUS’s solution

  • Work with our prospects to understand their pain-points, align our solution to their needs, develop business cases and engage key stakeholders through to close

  • Conduct compelling, value-based demonstrations

  • Maintain accurate forecast and track activity in Salesforce 

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5 years as an Account Executive selling Saas solutions (B2B Saas selling experience in Construction is a plus)

  • Experience working Deal sizes ($20K - $300K Average Contract Value)

  • Proven track record of hitting quota

  • Ability to forecast accurately - within 5% range

The pay range for this role is:

200,000 - 300,000 USD per year (OTE)
