Role Overview

  • At SALUS, the Sales Solutions Engineer bridges the gap between our innovative safety solutions and prospective clients, showcasing how our technology meets their unique needs through customized product demonstrations and technical expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations, customizing them to highlight benefits relevant to each prospective client’s specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and assist in crafting tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams, providing feedback on client needs and market demands to guide product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SALUS's product suite, competitive advantages, and industry trends.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in responding to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs, providing detailed and accurate information.
  • Develop expertise in partner integrations (i.e. Procore, AuditSoft, Autodesk, and others as they become available.)
  • Be able to plan and manage prospects during the 30 day Trial process

What You Bring

  • Technical proficiency with Construction Industries SaaS platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with sales teams and contribute to closing deals.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with product teams and contribute to improving our products by sharing prospects feedback.
