- Growth and Diversification: We conduct assessments and help clients execute strategic options to ensure long-term viability and perform business diligence on assets for potential investments or acquisitions.
- Strategic Partnerships: We specialize in designing and executing partnerships through strategic collaborations, new company formations, joint ventures, mergers, affiliations, ownership recapitalization, and divestitures.
- Commercializing Assets: We perform due diligence on our clients’ assets / intellectual property and assess market conditions to find commercially viable opportunities.

Below are the key responsibilities and required skills:
Responsibilities:
- Work with consulting teams and own workstreams to deliver high-quality output on projects
- Research and report on industry trends and analysis
- Create professional, client-ready materials on complex topics
- Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis when necessary
- Present project findings and facilitate meetings with C-suite clients
- Support management of relationships with key clients
- Lead initiatives to build out Sandbox Advisors business and service offerings
Experience:
- Minimum 6-months - 2 years of management consulting experience
- Healthcare and M&A advisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
Skills:
- Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Adept with financial analysis and modeling
- Know how to ask hard questions
- Great relationship building skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage several initiatives at one time
- Extremely detail oriented
General:
- This role is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel required for team meetings, conferences and client visits.
- Base pay range for this role is $100k - $130k, commensurate with experience. Position is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on individual, team and company performance.
