About the role
- As a Technical Writer, you'll develop and maintain both our customer-facing documentation and our internal documentation (internal Wiki, technical documents). Your ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging documents will play a vital role in our journey to redefine AI semiconductor technology.
What you'll do
- Create all customer-facing documents (specifications, user guides, etc.).
- Maintain corporate Confluence website. (internal use).
- Convert Korean language docs to English.
- Manage technical documentation for internal use.
Qualifications
- BA or higher in English (literature, creative writing).
- Demonstrated clear writing proficiency.
- Familiarity with web-based Wiki tools.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean.
- Background in technical writing.
- Knowledge of documentation generator tools such as Latex-based tools, DITA, etc.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, etc.).
- 3+ years managing technical documentation.

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 120,000 USD per year (SAPEON HQ)
