Job Overview

This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the research department. They are tasked with administering clinical trials.

Responsibilities and Duties

• · Collect, code, and analyze data obtained from research
• · Inform participants about study objectives and provide educational resources
• · Administer the medications involved in the trials to patients, draw blood and administer EKGs
• · Adhere to research regulatory standards and ethical standards
• · Monitor research participants to ensure adherence
• · Maintain detailed records of studies per FDA guidelines, including drug dispensation
• · Answer phone calls and answer messages
• · Follow instructions and delegated tasks as directed by the Research Manager
• · Participate in subject recruitment efforts
• · Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• · 2+ years in healthcare, clinical degree or certificate required
• · CRC certification preferred
• · Phlebotomy experience required
• · Knowledge of FDA and other research guidelines
• · Attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking ability
• · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• · Willingness to continually self-educate
