About Our SkillBridge Opportunities
We proudly support transitioning service members through the DoD SkillBridge program.
Our internships provide hands-on exposure to:

- Client advisory work across the national-security ecosystem
SkillBridge roles are unpaid and training-focused, with the goal of preparing service members for potential post-service employment (full-time or 1099 consulting) at Saratoga Group.
Potential SkillBridge Tracks
While project availability varies, typical internship pathways include:
- Proposal & Contracting Support - Learn federal acquisition, proposal writing, compliance requirements, and contract lifecycle support.
- Business Development / Capture - Support pipeline development, opportunity research, market analysis, and capture planning.
- Government Relations & Policy - Research policy impacts, legislative activity, government priorities, and client-specific issues.
- Program & Operations - Assist with internal operations, client project execution, document preparation, and coordination.
- Technology & Market Research Analyst - Analyze dual-use technologies, DoD priorities, competitive landscapes, and innovation funding.
Who Should Apply

- Program, project, or operations management
- Logistics, acquisitions, or contracting
- Intelligence, analysis, or research roles

Eligibility
To participate, applicants must:
- Be active-duty U.S. military
- Receive command approval for SkillBridge participation
- Be within 180 days of separation at time of internship
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. after separation
- Provide required SkillBridge documentation and approvals
· No prior private-sector or contracting experience is required.
