About the role
• Supporting and working one on one with a Senior Property Manager
• Conduct Field Work & Property Management Tasks
• Great development pathway to becoming a Property Manager
• Occasional Saturday required during peak period

Due to continued business growth, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Property Management Advisor to join our expanding team. The role of the Property Management Advisor is an excellent training ground to sharpen your property management skills. You will have exposure to all aspects of property management whilst you help your team provide great client service and achieve great results.  You must love working in a team and are willing to learn and grow into a great property manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Field Work, Including ECRS, OFI’s, Routines & Other external appointments
• Application reference checking and administration of new tenancies
• Assisting with Maintenance, Lease Renewals and other property management tasks.
• Preparation of new business and tenant packs
• Communication with Landlords & Tenants as required
• Key management
• Absolute adherence to systems and procedures, task driven – must love checklists
• Shared reception coverage

What you will need to have

• Certificate of Registration (QLD) & Current Police Check
• One year minimum in real estate role such as leasing consultant or reception
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
• Superior verbal & written communication
• Highly productivity with proven exceptional organisation and time management skills
• Most of all a team player
