About the Role 

We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to help drive the continued growth of our property management portfolio. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for: 

  • An experienced BDM ready to step into a high-performance, high-reward environment, or 
  • A junior or emerging property professional who’s hungry, motivated, and excited by prospecting, relationship-building and earning uncapped commission. 

You’ll work closely with a supportive, energetic and experienced team, focusing on bringing new properties under management and building long-term relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners. 

We’ll give you the tools, training, mentoring and systems — you bring the drive. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Prospecting daily to generate new business opportunities 
  • Listing and leasing new properties 
  • Growing the rent roll through structured follow-up and relationship management 
  • Building and nurturing referral networks (investors, partners, referrers) 
  • Conducting market appraisals 
  • Preparing professional, compelling landlord proposals 
  • Onboarding new clients with exceptional communication and service 
  • Maintaining and updating your CRM and client database 
  • Collaborating with marketing on lead generation, campaigns and collateral 
  • Hitting (and exceeding) daily and weekly prospecting targets 

 

Who We’re Looking For 

Experience is great — hunger is essential. 

Ideally, you’ll bring: 

  • Experience in business development within property management OR 
  • A junior background in real estate/property with a strong desire to learn and prospect 

Plus: 

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic 
  • Confidence speaking with people and building rapport quickly 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • A polished, professional presentation and customer-first attitude 
  • Strong time management, organisation and follow-up skills 
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team 
  • High attention to detail and professionalism

  • Registration Certificate 
  • Driver’s Licence 
  • Police check
