About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to help drive the continued growth of our property management portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for:
- An experienced BDM ready to step into a high-performance, high-reward environment, or
- A junior or emerging property professional who’s hungry, motivated, and excited by prospecting, relationship-building and earning uncapped commission.
You’ll work closely with a supportive, energetic and experienced team, focusing on bringing new properties under management and building long-term relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.
We’ll give you the tools, training, mentoring and systems — you bring the drive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting daily to generate new business opportunities
- Listing and leasing new properties
- Growing the rent roll through structured follow-up and relationship management
- Building and nurturing referral networks (investors, partners, referrers)
- Conducting market appraisals
- Preparing professional, compelling landlord proposals
- Onboarding new clients with exceptional communication and service
- Maintaining and updating your CRM and client database
- Collaborating with marketing on lead generation, campaigns and collateral
- Hitting (and exceeding) daily and weekly prospecting targets
Who We’re Looking For
Experience is great — hunger is essential.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in business development within property management OR
- A junior background in real estate/property with a strong desire to learn and prospect

- Confidence speaking with people and building rapport quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
