We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant who wants to learn the ropes of property management while building toward a future as a Business Development Manager.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across leasing and client relationships, while being trained and mentored toward a high-performance BDM role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leasing & Foundations

  • Conducting property inspections and open homes
  • Managing leasing enquiries and applicant communication
  • Supporting the end-to-end leasing process
  • Delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords

Growth into Business Development

  • Prospecting daily to generate new business opportunities
  • Assisting with listing and leasing new properties
  • Building and nurturing relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners
  • Supporting market appraisals and landlord proposals
  • Learning how to grow and manage a rent roll
  • Maintaining and updating CRM and client database
  • Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and lead generation

As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility in:

  • Winning new managements
  • Managing your own pipeline
  • Driving portfolio growth

Who We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in real estate/property OR a strong desire to start your career
  • Interest in business development, sales, or property investment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation, time management and follow-up skills

  • Registration Certificate (or working toward it)
