What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, trusted relationships with your clients
• Managing a North/West portfolio
• Communicating regularly with owners and renters
• Conducting 20% of routine inspections
• Handling final inspections
• Delivering a smooth, high-quality experience at every touchpoint

What You Won’t Be Doing (as much of 😉)

We’ve got dedicated teams to support you with:

• Entry Condition Reports
• Routine inspections (majority handled!)
• Administration
• Open for inspections

What You’ll Bring

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Current Police Check
• 2+ years of property management experience
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• A genuine team-first mindset
