Property Manager – Supporting Business Development

About the role

This is a new position due to growth that offers a genuine opportunity to showcase your capability, contribute to portfolio growth, and shape how property management supports business development. 

We are seeking a Property Manager to manage a smaller, growing portfolio of residential properties in the North West region. This portfolio will continue to be topped up with new properties generated by our Business Development team.

The role also offers flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home up to three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a residential property portfolio in the North West
• Ensure properties are well maintained and compliant with relevant legislation
• Liaise with renters, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service
• Support the Business Development team by onboarding and managing newly acquired properties
• Provide leasing support as required
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve portfolio performance and management efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager
• Sound knowledge of property management legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a broader team
• Familiarity with the North West property market is highly regarded
