About the role

The role of the Property Management Advisor is to assist the property management team with conducting weekly open for inspections for properties that are available to lease. As the face of LongView with our renters, you will represent LongView in a positive, helpful and customer focused manner.

You will have exposure to all aspects of property management whilst being part of the Property Management Support Team. Providing great client service while achieving great results. As part of the role, you would be expected to work 3 in 4 Saturdays, with a Friday off in lieu the following week and Monday - Friday when not working over the weekend. Whilst you will be in the office for allocated times, you will spend majority of your time out in the field conducting appointments.

What you'll do

• Working within the Property Management Support Team
• Field Work, Including ECRS, OFI’s, Routines & Other external appointments
• Application reference checking and administration of new tenancies
• Assisting with Maintenance, Lease Renewals and other property management tasks.
• Use of Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express and PM Software
• Absolute adherence to systems and procedures, task driven – must love checklists
•  Communication with Rental Providers & Renters as required

Experience / Qualifications

• Agents Representative Certificate & Current Police Check
• Experience preferred but not essential in real estate role such as leasing consultant or reception
• Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
• Superior verbal & written communication
• Highly productivity with proven exceptional organisation and time management skills 
• Most of all a team player
