VP OF CRM & Integrated Commerce
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Vice President of CRM & Integrated Commerce to lead a key revenue-generating division. This executive will be responsible for driving customer monetization across CRM, e-commerce (non-subscription purchases), Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail channels. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic leadership with deep executional expertise in multi-channel commerce, data-driven lifecycle marketing, and revenue optimization.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a leader with a proven ability to turn CRM into a commercial engine and scale integrated commerce operations with a performance-first mindset, across multiple brands in our portfolio.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
CRM Ownership & Lifecycle Revenue Growth
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of CRM initiatives across email, SMS, push, and loyalty to drive incremental revenue across all lifecycles.
- Oversee segmentation, personalization, testing, and automation to enhance lifetime value, re-engagement, and monetization across the user journey.
- Partner closely with analytics and data science teams to evolve lifecycle frameworks, identify high-yield cohorts, and implement predictive targeting strategies.
- Develop and own key CRM KPIs with a clear attribution model toward incremental revenue generation.
Integrated Commerce Strategy
- Lead and grow the a la carte (non-subscription) e-commerce business across our brands, with a focus on maximizing conversions and revenue
- Manage Amazon and third-party marketplace operations, optimizing for visibility, velocity, and profitability across SKUs.
- Oversee the company’s retail strategy and wholesale partnerships, working cross-functionally with Operations to ensure sell-through and revenue contribution.
P&L and Commercial Leadership
- Serve as the P&L owner for CRM and Integrated Commerce, delivering on revenue targets across all assigned channels.
- Drive financial rigor in planning, forecasting, and measurement across campaigns, merchandising strategies, and partner activations.
- Identify and evaluate new commerce opportunities and partnerships with an emphasis on accretive growth.
Data-Driven Insights
- Leverage analytics to inform decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and continuously refine the e-commerce strategy.
- Continuously enhance the tracking of e-commerce and CRM KPIs.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure robust reporting and dashboard management.
Technology & Platform Management:
- Be a power user of machine learning site optimization technology and leverage it to drive CRM & e-commerce revenue.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance and optimization of CRM platforms, ensuring high performance and a positive ROI.
- Partner with product and development teams to drive site and platform improvements, address technical challenges, and enhance mobile and desktop user experiences.
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors, set performance expectations, and ensure they are met.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across CRM and integrated commerce functions.
- Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other leadership team members to ensure alignment with broader company goals.

What You’ll Need to Have:
- 15+ years of experience in CRM and e-commerce with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaling subscription DTC businesses and e-commerce DTC businesses
- Deep expertise with CRM tools (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Message Gears, Klaviyo), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), and machine learning-based site personalization tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Amazon and omnichannel experience is a strong plus
