Senior QA Engineer

About the Role:

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be the quality gatekeeper for our ecommerce and internal platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and accuracy of our digital experiences. You’ll build robust testing frameworks, automate regression suites, and act as an advocate for quality in a high-growth, agile environment.

This is an ideal role for someone who brings both hands-on QA expertise and strategic thinking—someone who knows how to build test plans that scale as fast as we do.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Own the end-to-end QA process across web, mobile, and internal tools.
• Design and implement manual and automated test cases for new features, APIs, and user flows.
• Develop automated testing pipelines to catch regressions and edge cases early.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct performance, security, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems (e.g., order management, inventory, 3PL, personalization).
• Continuously improve QA tools, frameworks, and processes to increase test coverage and reduce cycle times.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-mortems for critical issues in production.

What You’ll Need to Have (required qualifications):

• 5–8+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles, ideally in a DTC ecommerce or consumer tech environment.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
• Hands-on experience testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, agile software development, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Postman, Jenkins, and performance testing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, custom headless stacks) is a plus.
