SENIOR TALENT SOURCER
We’re looking for a strategic and resourceful Senior Talent Sourcer to help us scale quickly and thoughtfully by identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent. This role is all about building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for priority roles across the business. You’ll partner closely with our People team and hiring managers to bring sourcing best practices, creative search strategies, and a bias for action.
This isn’t a full-cycle recruiting role — you’ll work in tandem with our People Experience Manager, who will manage the candidate experience and interview process. Your superpower is knowing how and where to find the right candidates, fast.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Proactively source candidates for high-priority and high-volume roles
- Build and manage a pipeline of talent through LinkedIn, niche platforms, referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with the People Experience Manager to align on hiring priorities and profile calibration
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with the role and company culture
- Own top-of-funnel recruitment including outreach messaging and pipeline tracking
- Craft personalized outreach to engage diverse and hard-to-reach candidates
- Maintain sourcing data and KPIs in our ATS and provide pipeline insights regularly
- Stay on top of industry trends and creative sourcing techniques
- Support employer brand initiatives and candidate messaging strategies

What You’ll Need to Have:
- 4–6 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
- Proven success sourcing for a variety of roles across departments (bonus for technical and GTM)
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Highly organized and metrics-driven
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and communicative, with a low-ego approach to teamwork
