Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst to join our growing team in Mexico City (CDMX). This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our Mexico operations through accurate billing, payment processing, and coordination with our administrative partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers
• Manage payment processing to vendors
• Maintain and issue statements of account for both customers and suppliers
• Liaise with our contracted administrative services provider
• Monitor and manage payment terms and due dates for both receivables and payables

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Experience in both accounts receivable and payable functions
• Familiarity with CargoWise is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
