Job Title: Recruiter & HR Specialist

Location: 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Position Type: Full time

Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range: $60k-$65k DOE

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter & HR Specialist to support and enhance our talent acquisition and human resources functions. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also contributing to key HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is both people-focused and process-driven, with the ability to balance recruiting priorities alongside broader HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Compliance Director.

What you'll do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
    • Create and post job descriptions across appropriate platforms
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer processes
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)

HR Operations & Administration

    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
    • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
    • Help develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Employee Relations & Support

    • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Assist with organizing and executing quarterly employee events

Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, including I-9, EEO, and other required documentation
    • Support audits and internal reporting as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce populations
  • Working knowledge of various job boards or candidate databases; LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, etc.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist roles preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Experience with Rippling platform preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to manage up and be proactive in solving problems and identifying solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with AI tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license
