Job Title: Heavy Equipment Field Service Mechanic 
Location: 2251 Silver Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76108
Position Type and Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: First
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:00am-4:00pm
 Saturdays 7:00am 1:00 pm as needed
Compensation: $25 to $35 DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes and interprets computerized diagnostic equipment information.
  • Checks lighting and wiring mechanisms to ensure proper functioning 
  • Completes repair order paperwork.
  • Maintains and repairs heavy equipment used in construction and maintenance 
  • Orders, picks up and delivers parts, materials, tools, and operates equipment and vehicles to include heavy equipment.
  • Performs preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on motor equipment as required moves items related to these activities.
  • Troubleshoots, tests and repairs electrical systems
  • Uses computerized diagnostic analyzer systems and performs complex diagnostic work on vehicles/equipment.
  • Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

  • Mechanical equipment operation and maintenance
  • Coordinating labor, materials, and equipment
  • Diagnosing problems and repairing equipment to include electronic and mechanical components and subsystems according to defined codes and specifications
  • The use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with heavy equipment/yellow iron
  • Diesel Technology training/Mechanical or Maintenance experience
  • Bilingual is preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Preferred not required Diesel Mechanic Certification
