Scope3 has significant market traction with more than 150+ customers and is experiencing accelerated growth.


Scope3 is a fully remote company and largely asynchronous to provide flexible working hours and to operate globally, with concentrations in New York and Europe. At this time, we are hiring in Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, and the United States.


About the Role


As Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving customer retention, expansion, and advocacy while supporting demand generation and community-building initiatives. You’ll design and execute integrated programs that deepen customer engagement, activate brand advocates, and support Scope3’s mission to power sustainable advertising.


This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with the Commercial team, Product Marketing, Communications, and Growth Marketing to maximize customer lifetime value and build a loyal, climate-conscious community.


What You'll Do


Customer Marketing & Expansion: Collaborate on account-based marketing strategies for key enterprise accounts, creating personalized campaign experiences that support upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities and develop marketing touchpoints that nurture these prospects through the consideration process.


Advocacy & Community: Partner with sales to identify satisfied customers for case study development, reference programs, and customer advocacy initiatives. Create campaigns that turn customers into brand ambassadors through testimonial programs, user-generated content, and peer networking opportunities. Develop customer marketing campaigns that leverage social proof to support new business acquisition.

  • Manage user groups and other engagement forums to promote peer learning and advocacy

Industry Presence: Manage relationships and activations with key industry bodies and associations


Multi-Channel Campaigns: Strategy & Conceptualization, Orchestration & Optimization: Design comprehensive campaign journeys with clear conversion pathways and success metrics.

  • Build and execute sophisticated campaigns across digital, content, events, social media, email, and partner channels (landing pages, email templates, social content, video scripts, and event materials). Ensure seamless campaign experiences by coordinating messaging, timing, and creative assets across all marketing touchpoints. Develop campaign playbooks and activation guides for consistent execution.
  • Campaign Testing & Continuous Improvement: Research emerging marketing trends and tactics while testing their effectiveness for B2B technology audiences. Pilot new campaign formats, channels, and engagement strategies with clear success metrics.
  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Oversee campaigns from initial concept through post-campaign analysis. Develop campaign timelines, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and manage campaign launches. Document campaign learnings and best practices for future initiatives.
  • Campaign Innovation & Experimentation Research emerging marketing trends, technologies, and tactics to keep campaigns fresh and engaging. Pilot new campaign formats, channels, and engagement strategies. Test innovative approaches to storytelling and audience engagement within the B2B technology space.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Campaign Alignment

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product value propositions into compelling campaign narratives.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to support lead gen, nurture, and conversion through full-funnel campaigns
  • Work with sales teams to understand market dynamics and incorporate insights into campaign development.
  • Collaborate with events, PR, and digital teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Marketing Operations Support: Optimize processes and share insights that keep everything running smoothly. From campaign workflows to reporting and data hygiene, you'll help ensure the marketing team executes efficiently, measures impact, and scale our efforts.


What You'll Bring

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, media, or sustainability
  • Demonstrated experience building integrated, multi-channel marketing programs
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for turning insights into action
  • Familiarity with customer marketing, lifecycle comms, and advocacy strategies
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Comms, Product, and Partnerships
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset—and a passion for sustainability
