Scope3 is a fully remote company and largely asynchronous to provide flexible working hours and to operate globally, with concentrations in New York and Europe. At this time, we are hiring in Canada, Australia, UK, France, Germany, and the United States.
About the Role
An Integrations Consultant is a technical expert who helps customers connect to Scope3 environments and optimizes the integration of different platforms, tools, or services. Your goal is to ensure systems work together efficiently to support business goals, data flows, and customer experiences. Integrations Consultants are responsible for guiding Scope3’s most strategic customers and partnering with them as they integrate with our solutions.
The ideal candidate is an AdTech industry master who will thrive in a start-up environment where everything moves fast, and nothing is set in stone. You are a product expert, able to translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand solutions that align with Scope3’s vision. Your experience is broad across multiple types of platforms and you have deep industry knowledge of standard ad tech integrations and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering
- Works with clients or internal teams to understand integration needs.
- Translates business requirements into technical solutions.
- Owns all aspects of the customer experience, including scoping and design, implementation, project management and technical troubleshooting.
- Leads technical kick off calls, reoccurring integrations meetings and post launch check-ins.
- Solution Design
- Leads technical pre-sales calls for platform integrations to design solutions that adhere to Scope3’s goals and revenue drivers.
- Outlines workflows that meet the unique needs of Scope3’s clients.
- Recommends best practices and scalable solutions.
- Implementation & Configuration
- Sets up, configures, and tests integrations between platforms.
- Tests new features and products.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Monitors integrations to ensure data is flowing correctly.
- Diagnoses and resolves revenue blockers in real-time.
- Documentation & Training
- Creates clear documentation and runbooks for implemented integrations
- Trains users or client teams on Scope3 products and features.
- Collaboration
- Works closely with engineering, product and customer success teams to support customer success.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Previous Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in working on Ad Tech platforms in a client facing role where technical expertise was required
- Experience in surfacing business requirements and guiding clients to the most successful technical solutions.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills with a strong ability to provide technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A responsive, proactive, customer first attitude.
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and basic Python
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a continuous desire to improve technical acumen.
- Experience working cross functionally with different teams and types of people
