Scratch is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale our campaign execution, CRM-driven lifecycle marketing, B2B lead generation, and brand performance. Working in partnership with internal partners, this role is accountable for marketing-sourced partner pipeline and borrower engagement across channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep fluency in data-driven marketing, experimentation, attribution, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Finance. The Director of Marketing will own outcomes and as we build on Scratch’s strong growth track record with continuous improvement to efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI of our commercial investments.
