Scratch has 3 main products:

  1. Scratch Pay: Point-of-sale lending including a BNPL offering and longer-term payment plans

  2. Scratch Checkout: Payment processing that is integrated with the veterinary practice management software

  3. Scratch Comms: Appointment booking and communications

About the role

Scratch is looking to add a driven and experienced sales professional with a strong background in healthcare technology to our dynamic Sales Team. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, sales prowess, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. What you'll do

  • Own the final stages of the sales pipeline with a consultative close process.

  • Partner with SDR colleagues to ensure a healthy prospect pipeline, contributing to early stage efforts when necessary.  

  • Drive significant revenue growth by consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets.

  • Own and proactively manage a pipeline of customers, providing leadership team forecasting updating  

  • Collaborate with the sales, customer success and business operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies, and share insights and best practices.

  • Establish strong relationships with prospects, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their buying journey.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the healthcare tech sector (SaaS experience preferred).

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering outstanding results.

  • Ability to adapt to new sales methodologies and market trends, thriving in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong capability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel (once per quarter anticipated but may vary according to team and customer events).

  • Competitive base salary with an expected OTE of $125,000 - $150,000

The pay range for this role is:
