**Job Title:** Bilingual QA Analyst (6-Month Contract)

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking 1 or 2 qualified QA Analysts to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review functionality requirements and write test cases accordingly.

- Conduct manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality.

- Document anomalies found during testing by opening JIRA tickets.

- Follow up on JIRA tickets to ensure timely resolution.

- Communicate progress and updates with the project team.

- Must have proficiency in French language.

- Work 40 hours per week.

- Knowledge of B2C Customer loyalty Program, Pharmacy Management System,  and Retail systems is an asset.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Proficiency in writing test cases and executing manual tests.

- Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of French language is required.

- Previous experience in B2C Customer loyalty Program  is preferred.

- Previous experience in Pharmacy Management System,  and Retail systems is preferred.
