Job Summary:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and will work closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, policy implementation, payroll, benefits administration, and employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts for all positions.
    • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Employee Relations
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Performance Management
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Training & Development
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
    • Support career development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Policy
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
    • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Payroll
    • Handle accurate and timely processing of multi payroll runs
  • Benefits Administration
    • Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions.
    • Liaise with benefits providers and manage annual open enrollment.
  • HRIS & Reporting
    • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports as needed.
    • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • A Master’s degree, PHR or SPHR a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, ideally in a generalist role
  • Exposure to multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefit administration
  • HRIS experience required
  • Communication must be clear, empathetic and professional with employees and leadership

Practicals:

  • You'll report to: CFO
  • Location: USA, Remote
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Salary Range: $75k-100k base salary plus bonus
  • Status: Full Time/Exempt
