The Position:

You will be joining our finance/operations team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. As the RevOps Lead at SDL, you will be responsible for: 

  • Systems & Tools Management
    • Own and administer core RevOps systems including HubSpot, QuotaPath, DealHub and other marketing automation, subscription billing and customer success platforms.
  • Process Optimization 
    • Develop and maintain scalable processes across the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation to onboarding and expansion.
    • Build and refine lead routing, scoring, qualification, handoff, and follow-up processes.
    • Standardize sales workflows and enforce CRM best practices to ensure adoption and data accuracy.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights
    • Build dashboards and reports for GTM teams with actionable insights on funnel metrics, pipeline health, forecasting, and churn trends.
    • Monitor KPIs such as ARR/MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue, and sales productivity.
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to identify opportunities for optimization based on data.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Insights
    • Create documentation, training materials, and playbooks for revenue teams.
    • Ensure teams are equipped with the right processes, data, and tools to meet targets.
    • Champion continuous improvement across GTM teams.
  • Cross-Function Partnership
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
    • Serve as the connective tissue ensuring alignment on goals, metrics, and strategy.
    • Lead initiatives that improve the customer experience and optimize revenue growth.

You will be responsible for anticipating and meeting the needs of an evolving organization and owning the data integration process from start to finish to ensure stakeholders’ success across multiple programs. Required:

  • 3–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations (preferably in SaaS).
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and revenue technology stacks.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), and CRM reporting.
  • Experience building automation and workflows across sales and marketing systems.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and build scalable solutions.

Practicals:

  • You'll report to: Chief Financial Officer
  • Location: Preferred Central or East Coast US 
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Salary Range:  $150,000-200,000 plus 5% bonus
  • Status: Full-Time Exempt
