The Position:

As the first dedicated Senior UI/UX Designer at SDL, you will have a unique opportunity to lead the design of a platform that is revolutionizing how governments interact with their citizens. You will be joining our Product Team, reporting directly to the Director of Product. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research to final implementation, ensuring our solutions are user-friendly, intuitive, and impactful. This role is crucial as we strive to set a new standard in the industry, and your work will be pivotal in shaping the user experience for millions.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centric, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.

• Design Expertise: Mastery of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Communication: Strong ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Passion: A genuine interest in public sector challenges and a desire to improve how governments serve their communities.
