Position Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to support and expand enterprise systems across multiple platforms. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to design, enhance, and maintain business solutions within NetSuite. The role requires hands-on experience, strong functional expertise, and the ability to support post-implementation activities.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite ERP including records, fields, and forms
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert within Order-to-Cash processes
- Create and modify workflows to support business operations
- Provide input on system architecture, design, and implementation
- Support system releases through testing and validation cycles
- Deliver post-go-live support and user training across teams
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve processes
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify solutions
Position requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a functional or business analyst capacity
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, particularly Order-to-Cash
- Experience with workflow configuration and customization
- Ability to create and manage custom fields and system enhancements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with SuiteScript and RESTlet integrations
- Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
- Exposure to retail or related industry environments

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 145,000 USD per year (Minneapolis, MN)
